In addition to our warranty (below), RANGER Pet Doors come with a Lifetime Support guarantee.

We have been selling the world's best pet doors since 2006, and we're here to help our customers for the long-term. Whether you bought our door recently, have one of the first ones from 15+ years ago, or even if you bought a house that has a Freedom Pet Pass or RANGER pet door, we're always here to help. We can often help get older doors back to perfect performance without the need to buy anything, but we stock replacement parts for every door we've ever made, just in case.

Warranty

Every new RANGER pet door comes with a 3-year limited warranty against material or manufacturing defects. Anything that isn't covered by the warranty is covered by our Lifetime Support.
