Help My Pet Door is Broken | Help My Pet Door is Not Working Properly

Are you experiencing an issue with your pet door? Good news, we're always here to help! We'll work hard to help you get your pet door back to perfect performance.

What to do next...

What can really help us diagnose the problem fastest are some pictures. This is one of those situations where a picture says a thousand words.

The pictures that can help us most quickly identify a potential issue are:

  • Whole Door Exterior - A picture from the exterior side from maybe 6' back or so. We'd like to see the whole pet door and a little bit of what's going on around the pet door (which may or may not be important).

  • Whole Door Interior - Much like the exterior photo, a picture from the interior side that shows the whole door plus a bit of the context of the installation.

  • Anything You See - You've obviously got the most familiarity with what's going on, so any pictures that you think best convey the problem you're observing would be beneficial.

If you could respond to us with those pictures, it would be really helpful. From there, we should be able to help you figure out what's going on and hopefully fix it as quickly and permanently as possible!

Thank you!
